Top Executive Sponsorship of Clearly Actionable PM Priorities
Goal:
The overall goal of Module #1 is to assist the Top Executive Team in developing a shared understanding of their facilitative role in sponsoring S.U.P.E.R. Projects, agreeing on signs of success for their sponsorship, and setting forth clear and measurable priorities for the deployment and results of S.U.P.E.R.™ Project Managers and Teams.
Objectives:
Participation in this 2-Day workshop will enable Executive Management Teams to:
  1. Define S.U.P.E.R.™ Projects.
  2. Understand the current knowledge of project management success and the most common contributions executive leadership makes to project failures.
  3. Develop a shared understanding of the appropriate roles of executives in S.U.P.E.R.™ Projects Management success;
  4. Explain and practice the skills of Executive Sponsorship of S.U.P.E.R.™ Projects and the difference between directing and facilitating;
  5. Share a common model for project management success strategies, terminology, process phases, improvement cycles, and sponsorship needs;
  6. Share expectations of basic S.U.P.E.R.™ Project documentation tools and how to monitor them;
  7. Create strategic organization-wide priorities and success indicators for the organization’s S.U.P.E.R.™ Projects.
