S.U.P.E.R.™ Project Management Boot Camp: Part 1
Facilitation & Team Building Skills for Project Ownership & Commitment
The overall goal of Module #3 is to assist Project Managers and Coaches in the development of the facilitative skills needed to build, lead and coach high energy results-driven S.U.P.E.R.™ Project Teams to successful outcomes.
Participation in this 2-Day workshop will enable Project Managers and Coaches to:
  1. Define S.U.P.E.R.™ projects;
  2. Understand the current knowledge of project management success and the most common contributions Project Managers and Coaches make to failures;
  3. Develop a shared understanding of the appropriate roles of Project Managers and Coaches in S.U.P.E.R.™ Project Management success;
  4. Define and practice facilitation and explain why & how facilitation is the critical skill requirement for both Project Managers and their Coaches.
  5. Share a common model for project management success strategies, terminology, process phases, improvement cycles, and coaching needs;
  6. Develop and practice competence in a wide array of facilitation skills for leading meetings, building teams, analyzing processes in teams, leading team planning, resolving team conflicts, and creating incentives for success;
  7. Create success indicators and describe the necessary partnership between Project Managers and their Coaches for S.U.P.E.R.™ Projects to succeed.
